As Lead UI Designer on Candy Crush Saga, I led and mentored a team of up to 11 designers, including Principal and Lead Designers, fostering both individual career growth and a strong team culture.

Beyond project execution, I played a key role in shaping the UI vision and strategy, ensuring consistency, innovation, and player-centric design across the game.

I actively worked on improvement initiatives, refining UI workflows, cross-discipline collaboration, and best practices to enhance efficiency and design quality.

Additionally, I contributed to art and design leadership, helping scale and strengthen the UI discipline within the Candy Crush organization, supporting long-term team and craft development.

CANDY CRUSH JELLY

As Senior UI Designer on Candy Crush Jelly, I was responsible for end-to-end UI design, including UI animations, flows, UX enhancements, and in-engine implementation. I worked closely with developers and producers to bring several new features to life, ensuring a seamless and engaging player experience.

My role involved designing intuitive UI solutions, refining user interactions, and optimizing workflows in answer to our business needs through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Eventually my role evolved into that of Art Lead, managing a small but talented team.
